  • Q. How long will shipping take?


    Estimated shipping time within AUS is 3-7 business days and 5-10 business days in NZ but can vary depending on volume and busy seasons.

    To USA and all other countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services).

    Some distant/remote areas can take a bit longer. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times will also be affected and can take a bit longer, but rest assured we’ll get it to you!

    ● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

    ● Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

    ● Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

  • Q. Where will my order confirmation be sent?


    After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

  • Q. What is your processing time?


    The order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

    - If you place your order outside of business hours on Monday to Friday, your order will be processed the next business day.

  • Q. When will my payment be processed?


    All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in AUD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from AUD to Local currency for you.

  • Q. Will my products be shipped seperatley?


    When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

  • Q. How do I cancel an order?


    We encourage you to carefully review your order including shipping address carefully at purchase, as once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we can not cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, colour, size, or Shipping Address information. We can not grant refunds for orders in transit. Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.

  • Q. Are the Khoe Serums safe to use together?


    Our Khoe Skin Serums are designed to slot easily into any skincare routine, for a real, healthy skin experience naturally. While all serums can be used together, they are highly active, so there are a few guidelines to follow to ensure you're not over indulging.

    Because of the particularly active nature of Vitamin A, we recommend alternating the use of the Heal Me Serum every second or third night. This gives your skin a breather and time to soak in the goodness. You can use the Glow Up and Lift It Serums together daily.

  • Q. Is Khoe Skin based in Australia?


    Yes! We are proud to be in this Sunburnt Country. Our products are manufactured in Australia from natural, nourishing Australian oils, fruits and extracts. All our ingredients are ethically sourced from naturally derived ingredients.

  • Q. Are Khoe Skin products vegan?


    Our products are 100% vegan with no animal bi-products. Did we mention we love our furry friends therefore under no circumstances do we perform animal testing. We are 100% cruelty free.

  • Q. Can I use these when pregnant or breastfeeding?


    Our Heal Me Vitamin A Serum is not suitable for use when pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Q. Are results guaranteed?


    We are all at different stages in our skin journey with different skin so results may vary for each one of us.  Whilst Khoe Skin Serums help enhance real, healthy skin naturally, we won’t be held responsible for results below your expectation.

  • Q. How does it work?


    Khoe Serums aim to offset the decrease in collagen production that comes with age, by using a range of ingredients that absorb deeper into the skin to stimulate increased natural collagen production.

  • Q. How does the subscription work?


    At Khoe, we’re all about real, healthy skin and understand this takes time so we have made it hassle free for you to embark on #mykhoeskin journey with our subscribe and save option. Your order will be delivered to your door every couple months automatically.

    We understand life happens, so If need to put the subscription on hold, just let us know. Email

    Once subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been shipped, we will not be able to intercept the parcel or provide a refund.

    It's your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your nominated account to satisfy payment for subscription during each billing period, and you agree to reimburse us for any loss or damage suffered by us in connection with non-payment of the subscription fee.

  • Q. How to cancel a subscription?


    To cancel simply email our customer support team 7 days before your debit date:

    For cancellation before the minimum 3 subscription cycles an administration fee of $50 applies. No cancellation fee applies after this cycle period.

  • Q. What is the shelf life of the products?


    Our serums have a shelf life of 12 months. Then once it’s opened, it’s 6 months.

  • Q. Do you offer money back guarantee?


    Yes! We are so proud and confident with our serums, that it really prolongs ageing! Nevertheless if you’re totally not satisfied with our product after 30 days of consistent use daily, we will refund your money.

    To qualify for a refund, we ask that you submit before and after photos using our serums. So please remember to take photos before starting to use Khoe Skin serums.

    Refund requests will only be reviewed after 30 days of consistent use and submitted within 5 days thereafter.

    No refunds on discounted products or on subscription.

    All refunds incur $10 shipping fee deduction.
